PUBLIC NOTICE

Please take note that due to the Covid-19 challenge that the Country is experiencing, the May, 2020  Superior Courts’ Sessions will be deferred to a later date. The following are the sessions that will be deferred;

SUPREME COURT

The Session scheduled to commence on 5th May, 2020 at Lusaka.

CONSTITUTIONAL COURT
The Session scheduled to commence on 12th May, 2020 at Lusaka.

COURT OF APPEAL
The Session scheduled to commence on 21st May, 2020 at Kabwe.

HIGH COURT – CRIMINAL SESSIONS
The Sessions scheduled to commence on 4th May, 2020 at Lusaka, Ndola, Kitwe, Livingstone, Mansa and Chinsali.

HIGH COURT – CIVIL SESSIONS
The Session scheduled to commence on 4th May, 2020 at Solwezi.

Legal Practitioners and Litigants will be informed at a later date when the cases which were scheduled in the deferred session will be listed.
Note that the Judiciary Covid-19 precautionary measures prescribed by the Hon. Chief Justice will continue to apply until further notice.
